Designing and leading the energy transition
The global shift toward low-carbon, resilient, and sustainable energy systems has become one of the most strategic public policy challenges of the 21st century. Governments must plan and implement energy transitions that reconcile environmental imperatives, economic performance, technological change, and social acceptability.
This program is dedicated to understanding the major drivers of the energy transition and to sharing French and European expertise in energy policy design, governance, and implementation. It aims to provide participants with the analytical frameworks, operational tools, and leadership skills needed to design and lead ambitious energy transition strategies at national and international levels.
